1. Do you accept insurance?
I am currently contracted with multiple insurances. Please go to the services and rates page which lists all the insurances I take. I also accept cash.
2. What ages do you work with?
I work with adults ages 18 and up.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged $40

4.How does Telehealth work?
I utilized a HIPAA-Encrypted platforms, which embeds the links to our telehealth session in reminder e-mails to you. Telehealth is clinically proven to be as effective as in-person therapy.

5.How long do you recommend clients stay in therapy? How often should I come?
The duration and frequency of sessions depend on your needs and goals. Together, we can determine how long and how frequent would be most beneficial for you. Most people find biweekly sessions to be most effective. However, as things get better these may transition to monthly.
