Telehealth therapy for adults physically located in California at the time of session. I am licensed to work with clients across the state, from Los Angeles and San Francisco to San Diego, Sacramento, San Jose, Fresno, and elsewhere.
Many California clients I work with are managing demanding roles in industries like tech, healthcare, entertainment, and biotech. Telehealth removes the geographic and schedule friction that often gets in the way of consistent care.
For clients on Pacific Time, I offer some later-day scheduling to accommodate the three-hour time difference between coasts.
You must be physically located in California at the time of your session. California-based professionals often travel — for work, for family, for weekend trips out of state. Sessions must be scheduled for days you are in California.
Common focus areas include anxiety and overthinking, trauma-related distress, distressing memories, phobias and specific fears, grief and loss, and emotional triggers connected to specific past experiences.
Common presenting concerns include reactions connected to specific past events, anxiety patterns that persist despite insight, and stress that continues to affect daily functioning.
