Telehealth therapy for adults physically located in Massachusetts at the time of session. I am licensed in Massachusetts and work with clients from Boston, Cambridge, Worcester, Springfield, the Cape, the Berkshires, and communities in between.
Massachusetts has strong mental health infrastructure, though access to specialized modalities like ART is uneven. Telehealth broadens access to ART-trained clinicians beyond what may be locally available.
Telehealth also removes travel and weather-related friction that can otherwise interrupt consistent care.
You must be physically located in Massachusetts at the time of your session. This applies even during short trips out of state.
Trauma-related distress and distressing memories, anxiety, phobias, grief, emotional triggers, and reactions that continue to feel unresolved. Many Massachusetts clients I work with hold high-responsibility roles in healthcare, higher education, research, and related professions — environments where the expectation to keep things under control is constant.
