Telehealth therapy for adults physically located in Florida at the time of session. I am licensed in Florida and work with clients throughout the state, including the Tampa Bay area, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee.
Florida is geographically spread out, and specialized modalities like ART are not evenly distributed across the state. Telehealth makes it possible to work with the same therapist consistently, regardless of where you live in Florida.
To meet Florida licensing requirements, you must be physically located in Florida at the time of your session. This is confirmed at intake and verified periodically thereafter. If you travel out of state, sessions must be rescheduled for a time when you are back in Florida.
Common focus areas include anxiety and overthinking, trauma-related distress, distressing memories, phobias and specific fears, grief and loss, emotional triggers, and experiences that continue to feel unresolved.
If you are unsure whether your specific concern is a fit, that is exactly what the initial inquiry is for. I will personally review and follow up.
See the Fees and Insurance page for full details.
Hurricane season, humidity, heat, and the reality of Florida life mean it is common for clients to lose power, need to reschedule around storms, or travel out of state for extended periods. This is normal. Please reach out as soon as you know a schedule change is needed — the practice's cancellation policy has some flexibility around genuine emergencies, but requires communication in advance when possible.
In an immediate emergency, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
